Brighton fall behind early against West Ham
After being booed off in their last home encounter, Brighton travelled to the London stadium to take on high flying West Ham.

And, almost immediately, they found themselves a goal behind, with Tomas Soucek ending his barren run by nodding home from a set-piece, something for which David Moyes’s side have become renowned.

And it got worse.
Brighton suffer double injury blow
Now, they have been dealt further issues when it comes to personnel, as they look to come back into the game against the Hammers.
Firstly, Jeremy Sarmiento, making his first senior start for the club, suffered a hamstring injury just 13 minutes in, and needed to be replaced by Solly March.

Then, just after the half hour mark, they were forced into a second change, as injury prevented Adam Webster from playing any further part in the game, being replaced by fellow defender Shane Duffy.

Still 1-0 down at the break, it could prove to be a long evening for the Seagulls, who are in nosedive at the moment.
