Thomas Frank provides update on Brentford trio ahead of Tottenham

Thomas Frank has provided a Brentford team news update ahead of their meeting with Tottenham.

Tottenham vs Brentford

Tottenham are set to play host to Brentford at 7:30 pm UK time this coming Thursday.

The London-based outfits head into the match having both had fairly mixed results of late.

Spurs, though they could not play vs Burnley on Sunday due to weather, sit 7th in the Premier League having won two, lost two and drawn one of their last five league outings.

As for Brentford, they had been on a torrid run, but have now drawn one and won one of their last two, with an Ivan Toney penalty enough to secure them a win over Everton in gameweek 13.

Brentford team news ahead of Tottenham

Now, ahead of their meeting with Spurs, Thomas Frank has provided a Brentford team news update.

Christian Norgaard picked up an issue in the aforementioned Everton win, but Frank stated on Monday that he should be fine for Thursday.

Frank also seems confident of Rico Henry and Sergi Canos being ok for the midweek encounter as well:

“Christian had to come off with a minor back issue but he should be ready for Thursday. I don’t know what happened to Rico and Sergi but they had to come off, but I expect them to be ready too.”
