Tottenham star Harry Kane has made a brilliant gesture to a pair of fans who made a 31-hour trip for the Burnley game on Sunday.
Burnley vs Tottenham called off
Tottenham were expected to be back in Premier League action on Sunday afternoon.
Spurs were facing a trip to Burnley at 2 pm UK time as they looked to bounce back from their rather embarrassing 2-1 defeat at the hands of Slovenian outfit Mura.
However, Spurs did not get the chance to do so, as the game was called off on Sunday afternoon.
The reason for this, as per Tottenham’s official Twitter account, was due to weather conditions:

Harry Kane makes brilliant gesture to two Tottenham fans
With the game being postponed so close to kick-off, this would, of course, disappoint a lot of fans who made the trip from London up to Burnley.
But, though that trip, especially in the torrid weather we saw over the weekend, was not great, it was not as bad as travelling for 31 hours only to find the game called off.
That, though, is exactly what two Spurs fans did. As per the Evening Standard:
Ken and Brandi Saxton made the mammoth trip from Dallas in the US to Turf Moor via London, only for the match to be called off less than an hour before kick-off because of snow.
However, it was not all doom and gloom for the America-based pair, however, with Harry Kane inviting them to a Tottenham home game as his guest next time they are in London.
